William Francis (Frank) Kyle age 17 later married Willie Josephine (Bill) Bryan. Aunt Bill was the sister of my grandfather Emmert Oral Bryan. Uncle Frank was the son of William Bartley Kyle and Mary Elizabeth (Betty) Cook. Betty apparently listed her middle initial as B rather than as E, thinking of herself as Mary Betty Cook. It's rather unusual to have the wife listed before the husband as was done in this census entry. |
