Sarah A. Mary Cross age 75 was the daughter of Jesse C. Cross and Amelia (Milly) England. As such, she was the niece of my third great grandfather Alfred Carter Cross. Also, Mary Sarah A. Cross was the niece of my fourth great grandfather Titus England and the niece of my fourth great grandmother Sarah (Sallie) England. Titus and Sallie were brother and sister. Jesse S. Letsinger was the son of Daniel (Dan) Letsinger and Mary W. Shinpaugh. Jesse's sister Nancy A. Letsinger married Sarah's brother John E. Cross. Dan Letsinger was the great grandfather of Samuel Mabry (Sam) Letsinger. Uncle Sam married Elza Cordelia (Elzie) Peters who was the sister of my grandfather Ernest Lester (Lester) Peters Sr. |
