Jennie Eliza (Eliza) England was the daughter of my third great grandparents Jacob England and Dica Ann (Dicy) Smith.  As such, she was the sister of my second great grandmother Margaret Ann (Maggie) England.

William Lafayette Blair was the son of John B. Blair and Mary Johnson.  William was married at least once before, to Susan Stegell Williams.  I'm assuming that Lula and Joseph were Susan's youngest children, but I haven't yet been able to rule out the possibility that William was married twice before.

I haven't yet found the marriage record for William Lafayette Blair and Jennie Eliza (Eliza) England.  This census entry suggests that they were married about 1891.  The census entry says that William had been married for 30 years.  Then, the "30" was crossed out and a "9" was written in it's place.  That suggests that he was married about 30 years in all.  His marriage to Susan Stegell Williams was in 1864.  If William was married about 30 years in all, the numbers work out approximately right for Susan to have died while giving birth to Joseph in 1886.
