John Cross was the son of Solomon Cross and Elizabeth (Betsy) Tipps. Elizabeth Brown was the daughter of Mr. Brown and Phebe. John and Elizabeth had no children. John was the fourth cousin of my second great grandmother Hulda Asberine Cross, so his line of Crosses was pretty far removed from my own line. |
