Adam Clark Peters Jr. age 28 was the son of Adam Clark (Clark) Peters Sr. and Mary R. Jett.  Adam Clark (Clark) Peters Sr. was the son of James Peters and Rachel McCart, and the grandson of Tobias Peters and Elizabeth Rachel Scarborough.

Very little is known about Adam Clark Peters Jr.  He died in France in WWI, so this is the last census in which he appeared.  This census entry lists him as a widower.  If the census enumerator did not make a mistake, then Adam Clark Peters Jr. must have married and his wife must have died.  There is no indication of any children.

This was a difficult transcription.  The family with whom he was living might have been Shumaker rather than Shoemaker.  The husband's initials may have been R. T. rather than R. J.  Because the Shoemakers were all born in Tennessee, one might suspect that Adam knew them before moving to Kentucky.  However, I have not been able to identify who the Shoemakers were.
