Margaret Anise O'Brien was the daughter of John Thomas O'Brien and Hannah Gooch Britton.  Margaret was b. 11 Mar 1838.  William Francis Moore was the son of Frederick Moore and Permelia Van Horn.

John Thomas O'Brien was the son of Brien O'Brien Jr. and the grandson of Brien O'Brien Sr. 

Brien O'Brien Sr. was possibly the immigrant ancestor of my Bryan line from County Clare, Ireland.  In my line, the name changed from O'Brien to O'Bryan and finally to Bryan (with numerous variations such as Bryant, Brian, Briant, etc.).

Susan Martha Goodson (Martha) O'Brien was the daughter of John Thomas O'Brien and Ann T. Chambers.  Martha was b. 14 Sep 1827.

John Thomas O'Brien was the son of Brien O'Brien Jr. and the grandson of Brien O'Brien Sr.  Stephen Davenport was Martha's second husband, as she had m.(1) Barton Garrett.
