Thelmon Kenneth Bray age 23 was the son of Archelius E. (Archie) Bray and Cordella (Delia) Byrge, the grandson of Perry Bray and Sarah Duncan, the great grandson of Joshua J. Bray and Anne M. (Annie) Hall, and the second great grandson of my fourth great grandfather John Bray and Jane. As such, Joshua J. Bray was the brother of my third great grandfather Edward Payne Bray who married my third great grandmother Anna F. Messamore, Perry Bray was the first cousin of my second great grandfather Joseph A. (Joe) Bray who married my second great grandmother Ferriba Salina (Salina) Moore, Archelius E. (Archie) Bray was the second cousin of my great mother Mary Mahala Jane (Mahala) Bray who married my great grandfather John William Williamson, and Thelmon Kenneth Bray was the third cousin of my grandmother Lola Ethel Williamson who married my grandfather Ernest Lester (Lester) Peters Sr.

Thelmon married Clida Melvina (C.V.) Crider age 18 in December 1938 in Pineville, Bell County, Kentucky. C. V. was the daughter of Noah Crider and Harriet Louella Shope. C. V. must be an abbreviation for Clida Vina rather than for Clida Melvina, but it's hard to know for sure.

Dewayne L. Bray age 3/12 was born 11 Jan 1940. His name was enumerated incorrectly. The enumerator entered his father's name rather than his own name.

Claude Lee Peters age 33 was descended from Tobias Peters Sr. of Anderson County, Tennessee. Tobias probably was the brother of my fifth great grandfather Henry Peters Sr., but this is not proven. Claude was the son of Wesley Iredell Peters, the grandson of James Wiley (Wiley) Peters, the great grandson of Wesley M. Peters, and the second great grandson of Tobias Peters Sr.

Claude married Ada Adkisson age 30 on 29 Jan 1927 in Petros, Morgan County, Tennessee. Ada was the daughter of Jacob Harvey Adkisson and Laura Bell Privette.
