Benjamin Blaine (Ben) Jacks was the son of Daniel Walker (Dan) Jacks and Kisiah Angeline Davidson. Kisiah was the daughter of James (Jim) Davidson and Hannah D. Peters, the granddaughter of James Peters and Rachel McCart, and the great granddaughter of Tobias Peters Sr. and Elizabeth Rachel Scarbrough. Orpha Peters was the daughter of Rev. John Boyd Peters and Sarah E. (Lizzie) Phillips. John was the son of Henry Fowler Peters and Frances (Frankie) Young, the grandson of James Peters and Rachel McCart, and the great grandson of Tobias Peters Sr. and Elizabeth Rachel Scarbrough. Ben and Orpha were second cousins who married. |
