I have wondered if Mary Rigsby (maiden name unknown) may have been the mother of Margaret Rigsby who married Sampson Cross of Sullivan County, Tennessee. However, subsequent research has shown that Margaret's mother Mary was in Sullivan County, Tennessee in 1850. So I'll just leave this entry online in hopes that it might help someone else. |
