Joseph D. Bray was the son of Joshua J. Bray and Anne (Annie) Hall. As such, he was the nephew of my third great grandfather Edward Payne Bray. Eliza Louisa (Louisa) Messamore was the daughter of James Messamore and Sarah (Sary) Heath. As such, she was the niece of my third great grandmother Anna F. Messamore who married Edward Payne Bray. |
