Wills, Stokes County, North Carolina

These wills may prove to be a wild goose chase of no value.  My third great grandfather Thomas Fielden Slaton was married in Stokes County, North Carolina to my third great grandmother Rebecca Frances George.

I believe that Rebecca Frances George was the daughter of Presley George Sr.

Thomas Fielden Slaton was the son of William Slaydon and Susannah Flippin.  I suspect that Susannah Flippin was the daughter of Joseph Flippin, but I do not believe this has been proven.

The wills below make reference to the George and the Flippin surnames.
