This was hard to transcribe in a way that would make sense. I tried to write the fractions the way they were actually written. So if it was 1.5 I wrote it as 1.5, but if it was 1 1/2 (one and a half) I wrote it as 1 1/2. In plain text, you cannot write the fractions properly. The fractions also made it hard to line up the columns.
