James Harvey Peters was the son of William F. Peters and Susannah Yarnell. William was the son of my fourth great grandparents Thomas Peters and Sarah (Sallie) England. Susannah Yarnell was the daughter of Joel Yarnell and Nancy.

Elbert Sevier (Ebb) Prosise was the son of Benjamin Franklin (Frank) Prosise who was born in Dinwiddie County, Virginia and Gemima Jane (Jane) Peters. Gemima Jane (Jane) Peters was the daughter of William F. Peters and Susannah Yarnell. Ebb Prosise was the second cousin of my great grandfather Alva Edward Peters.

Floyd Wilbur Gilliam was the son of William Harman Gilliam and Nancy Catherine Peters. Nancy Catherine Peters was not from my line, nor from Anderson County. She was born in Jasper, Lee County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Henry Michael Peters and Nancy Catherine Palmer of Franklin County, Virginia. Henry Michael Peters was the son of Joseph Peters and Martha Smith. Joseph and Martha were married in Franklin County, Virginia and were born in Virginia. I don't know which county.
