Columbus Carr England was the son of William Campbell England Sr. and Narcissus Carr.

This England line does not lead back to my England family in Anderson County, Tennessee.  Rather, it leads back to Burke County, North Carolina.  I think there's a good possibility that my England family and the line of William Campbell England Sr. may connect up back in Burke County, but this is not proven.

Bradford England was the son of Robert Lakey England and Martha Jane (Jane) Jones.

Robert Lakey England was the son of my third great grandparents John England and Jane Peters.  As such, Robert was the brother of my second great grandmother Vesta Clay (Vestie) England, and Bradford was the first cousin of my great grandmother Sallie Jane Cole.

Robert Lakey England age 70 was the son of my third great grandparents John England and Jane Peters.  As such, Robert was the brother of my second great grandmother Vesta Clay (Vestie) England.

Robert's wife was Martha Jane (Jane) Jones.

Robert and Martha were living in the home of their son John Byrd (Byrd) England.

Dist. 2, Enumeration District 11, Cumberland County, Tennessee, 20 Jan 1920

Nina Lee Peters age 28 was the daughter of Wilburn Harvey (Harve) Peters and Mary Jane Todd.  Walter Gray Elmore was the son of Columbus Elmore and Elizabeth Catherine Elmore.

Wilborn/Welborn Harvey (Harve) Peters was the son of Henry Clark (Clark) Peters and Perlina Ann Shilling.

Perlina Ann Shilling was either 1/4 or 1/2 Cherokee, leading to the statement I have sometimes heard that "the Peters have Indian blood".  This particular line of Peters certainly did, but I do not believe that my Peters line did.

Clark Peters was the son of either Thomas Peters or of Thomas's brother Henry Peters Jr.  Both Thomas and Henry Jr.  were my fourth great grandfathers.  I am descended from three of their children through cousin marriages, namely John W. Peters, Zipporah Peters, and Jane Peters.

John W. was the son of Henry Jr., and Zipporah and Jane were daughters of Thomas.  Because Clark was the son of either Thomas or of Henry Jr., he was the brother of John W. and the first cousin of Zipporah and Jane, or vice versa.

Mary Louise Glover was the widow of Adam S. England.  Adam was the son of James S. England and Milda Jane (Milly) Bowman.

This England line does not lead back to my England family in Anderson County, Tennessee.  Rather, it leads back to Burke County, North Carolina.  I think there's a good possibility that my England family and the line of James S. England may connect up back in Burke County, but this is not proven.  In any case, Adam S. England and William Campbell England Sr. were brothers (see Dist. 1, dwelling number 175 above).
