Elijah Franklin (Frank) Peters was the son of Wesley M. Peters and Catherine Paul, and the grandson of Tobias Peters Sr. and Elizabeth Rachel Scarborough.  There is no known connection between Tobias Sr. and my three lines of Peters in Anderson County, Tennessee.
