Richard Cole was the son of Martin Cole from dwelling number 58 below.

Richard's wife was Minerva Green.  In the 1860 census Minerva was listed as a domestic in the family of Martin Cole.

Mary age 12 was Richard's sister.

In the 1860 census, Martin Cole had a son William Cole age 14.  That son was no longer with the family in the 1870 census.  It's possible that William died or moved elsewhere.  It's also possible that he moved to Anderson County and married Vesta Clay England.  If so, then he was my second great grandfather.
