Tobias Peters Jr. was the son of Tobias Peters Sr. and Elizabeth Rachel Scarborough.  He married first Louisa Henderson and married second Martha Miranda Mays.  He died on 14 Apr 1900.  The 1900 census was enumerated in June, so he did not appear in the 1900 census.  The last census in which he appeared was the 1891 census of male voters.
