Anna Belle (Belle) Clark age 14 married William Webster (Billy or W.W.) Bray before 1920. Uncle Billy was the son of my second great grandparents Joseph A. (Joe) Bray and Ferriba Salina (Salina) Moore. As such, Uncle Billy was the brother of my great grandmother Mary Mahala Jane (Mahala or Haley) Bray. Uncle Billy always referred to himself as "W. W. Bray" or as "W. W. Bray of Texas". Belle's mother was Anna Bell Sweeney age 34. At the time of the 1900 census, Anna Bell Sweeney was the widow of Belle Clark's father W. T. Clark. |
