I believe that Richard William (William) Messamore was the son of George D. Messamore and Nancy M. Bradley of Anderson County, Tennessee. George was the nephew of my third great grandmother Anna F. Messamore. Sarah Frances (Fannie) Thomas was the daughter of Eli Caleb Thomas and Eleanor Wainwright. I believe that Richard William (William) Messamore's birth places should have been TN TN TN rather than TN TN VA. I believe it was his mother's parents rather than his mother who was born in Virginia. |
