Samuel Edwin Curry age 37 was the son of Edwin Jones Curry and Nancy Malinda Yarnell, and the grandson of Robert Minnafe Yarnell and Sarah Hall Bray. Sarah was the daughter of my third great grandparents Edward Payne Bray and Anna F. Messamore. As such, Sarah was the sister of my second great grandfather Joseph A. (Joe) Bray. Edwin Jones Curry was born in Ontario, Canada, which is consistent with this census entry. Samuel's second wife was Effie Lea Tinnell age 26. Effie was the daughter of John Martin Tinnell and Martha Louella Allen. Samuel married his first wife Etta E. Compton about 1916 and he had one daughter with her. |
