Margaret M. (Maggie) Bryan was the daughter of my third great grandparents Peter H. Bryan and Polly Ann Cate. As such, she was the sister of my second great grandfather William Allen Bryan.
She married first Stewart Erastus Trotter, and married second Henry Randolph. She is buried in the Bryan-Drinnen-Cate Cemetery in a grouping with her parents. Neither of her husbands are buried in the same cemetery. I have not found any children from either of her marriages. I was hoping that her death certificate might shed some light on the middle name of her father, but it does not.

The informant was Elmer Otto Bryan, son of
William Allen Bryan, and nephew of Margaret M. Bryan. The Drinnen
Cemetery is known as the Bryan Cemetery and the Bryan-Drinnen Cemetery
in various records. It is currently known as the Bryan-Drinnen-Cate
Cemetery. It is in Sevier County rather than Jefferson County, although
it is close to the county line. Other records suggest that PollyAnn
Cate was born in Jefferson County.
