Wallace, Horace W. - age 100 of Farragut, passed away early Sunday morning, May 23, 2004 at Park West Hospital. Horace was a member of Victory Chapel Baptist Church. He was a former employee of Cherokee Textile Mills and retired from O'Neill's Nursery at the age of 80. Horace was preceded in death by his wife, Nena Wallace sister, Roxie Chadwick brothers, Kim and Ed Wallace. Survivors son, Alvin Wallace and wife June daughters, Evelyn Boyd, Carol Andersen, Edna Crawley and husband Vernon all of Knoxville 6 grandchildren 11 great grandchildren 7 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday followed by funeral services at 7 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with Rev. Kern Spangler officiating. Family and friends will gather at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Edgewood Cemetery for graveside services. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Victory Chapel Baptist Church.
