He didn't like his name, so he changed it to William Raymond. It appears as William Raymond on his death certificate. It appears as Willie Reagan in records of Bob Williamson. Family records give the birth date as 1907. The death certificate gives the birth date as 1908.

Willie Ragin (Bill) Williamson and Elma Florine (Ene or Florine) Monger were married on 27 July 1929 in Danville, Virginia.118 When James Hand Monger died, his wife Bertie Hinds went to High Point to find work. Some of Bertie's sisters's family lived there. She took Florine and Hazel there right after they graduated from high school. Bill went to High Point to find Florine and get married. They drove to Danville, Virginia to get married. It is not known why Danville, but it was just straight up the map about maybe 50 miles or less. Then the went back to High Point and then back to Knoxville. When Don was close to being born, Florine went back to High Point so her mom could help.

Elma Florine (Ene or Florine) Monger117,119 was born on 4 December 1908 in Lenoir City, Loudon County, Tennessee.117

Williamson Jr., infant son of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Williamson of 1133 Morris Avenue, died in General Hospital at 3:30 p. m. Tuesday. Surviving are the parents; and grandparents, Mrs. J. W. Williamson, and Mrs. Betsy Monger. Funeral services were to be held at Lenoir City cemetery at 2 p. m., today, the Rev. John Babb officiating. Burial there, Weavers in charge. The funeral party left the home at 12:30 p. m. He was buried on 4 June 1930 in Lenoir City Cemetery, Lenoir City, Loudon County, Tennessee.120 There was not a death certificate. Information about the infant is known from oral family history and from a newspaper clipping. There is no marker on his grave. He was buried at the corner of the Williamson Family Plot at the Lenoir City Cemetery. If you stand at the Williamson Plot, looking at the monument company on the hill, he was buried to your right, at the lower corner of the Plot.
