65. Arminta Dorma Peters⁹¹.
Birth: about 1833, Tennessee.
The placement of Arminte Dorma Peters as the daughter of Thomas Peters and Sarah (Sallie) England is not proven, but is an educated guess. Arminte was in the 1850 census in Missouri living near other Peters from Tennessee. I therefore think it likely that she was from Anderson County, Tennessee. She had a son named Charles Nelson Seaton, and her father Thomas Peters had a grandnephew named Charles Nelson Peters. It seems likely that the two "Charles Nelsons" were second cousins. Also, it's a guess that the Arminte in Missouri in 1850 was the same Arminte that married Thomas Seaton in Knox County, Tennessee in 1853. I have found no other Arminte Peters, so my guess is that Arminte returned from Missouri to Tennessee between 1850 and 1853, where she married Thomas Seaton. (RGB)
