Wallace, Horace W. - age 100 of Farragut, passed away early Sunday morning, May 23, 2004 at Park West Hospital. Horace was a member of Victory Chapel Baptist Church. He was a former employee of Cherokee Textile Mills and retired from O'Neill's Nursery at the age of 80. Horace was preceded in death by his wife, Nena Wallace; sister, Roxie Chadwick; brothers, Kim and Ed Wallace. Survivors son, Alvin Wallace and wife June; daughters, Evelyn Boyd, Carol Andersen, Edna Crawley and husband Vernon all of Knoxville; 6 grandchildren 11 great grandchildren 7 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday followed by funeral services at 7 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with Rev. Kern Spangler officiating. Family and friends will gather at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Edgewood Cemetery for graveside services. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Victory Chapel Baptist Church.
