Goldie Mae Bray, 94, died today at Heritage house Convalescent Center, where she had been a resident since 1979. Born may 24, 1896, in Lenoir City, Tennessee, she was a daughter of William and Nancy O. Sewell Voiles.

On November 27, 1915, she married John Walter Bray. He prceded her in death in 1948. Mrs. Bray was a homemaker and had lived in Shelbyville since 1950. She was a member of the Church of God.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Virgil (Juanita) Lux, and Mrs. Lewis (Louise) Browning, both of Shelbyville, and Salina Mooney, Alameda, Califorina; one son William E. Bray, Anniston, Alabama; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

She was also precerded in death by three sisters, two brothers and a son. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Carmony-Ewing Broadway Funeral Home. Revs. Bobert Milam and Bill Horner will officiate. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
