Parthena J Phillips93 was born in June 1870 in Tennessee. Phillips may or may not have been her maiden surname. The 1910 census reports that her marriage to Dowell Peters was her second marriage. The 1900 census reports that she had borne 2 children with1 child still living, but no child from a previous marriage was enumerated with the family.
