Will of John Peters, Knox County, Tennessee, 1823

I don't know if this John Peters has any connection to my Peters family of Anderson County, Tennessee.  The only thing that is suggestive is that there is a mention of Charles Y. Oliver of Anderson County, and also John Howard of Anderson County.

                  October Session 1823
           John Peters

The last Will and Testament of John Peters
deceased was sent direct to Court for Probate
whereupon Amos Dowlen & Michael Henderson
subscribing witnesses thereto made Oath that
they saw the said John Peters sign & seal
said testament of ?????? and heard
him Pronounce, Publish, and declare the same
to be his last will and Testament and that
at the time Publishing & Assigning the same
he was of sound mind and perfect memory
to the best of Reasonable ????? beliefs
which is Considered to be recorded and is in the
words and figures following to wit:
Be it recorded that this 16th day of August in
the year of our Lord 1823, I, John Peters of the
County of Knox and State of Tennessee do will
and bequeath all his both Real and Personal Property
unto his wife Viz. 100 acres of land lying in said
County, Three heads of Horses and Eight Heads of Cattle
and seven had of Sheeps and Twenty head of Hogs.
Also one note of forty-seven Dollars and seventyfive
Cents which is now in the hands of Chas. Y. Oliver.
Also my my Papers and Accounts, one note of
Twenty three Dollars and Seventy five Cents one Isaac
Boyden, one Receipt of nine dollars against John
Howard of Anderson County one Receipt of
Thirty two dollars and fifty cents against said
Howard and all my household furniture as ?????
my hand and seal.

The State of Tennessee
To All Persons Greetings
Whereas at Our Court of Pleas and quarter
Sessions for Knox County at the Court
house in Knoxville on the first monday
of October 1823 it appears to the Court
that John Peters late of Our said County
has died having first made his last Will
and Testament in which no person is appointed
Executor and the said Will having been proven
and Admitted to Record and Dolly Ann
Peters qualified as Administratrix with the
Will A????? it was Ordered that Letters
????? ??????  & a ??? therefore Empower
the said Dolly Ann Peters to take into her
Possession all said ??? the Goods and Chattel
Rights and Credits of the said Testator wheresoever
the Same may be found and Add the First-
debts of the said Testator and all the Legacies
qualified in the said ?????-?????? ????? to
????? as far as the said Goods and Chattel Rights
and Credits According to Owner of the said
Mill and the Land of this ???? ????? Charles
McClung clerk of Our said Court and Affix the
first Monday of October 1823.
