James Irving (Irving) Messamore was the son of Charles Tallifero (Tallifero) Messamore and Elizabeth Alice (Alice) Tweedy, and the grandson of John Messamore and Elizabeth (Betsy) Minton. John was the brother of my third great grandmother Anna F. Messamore. Anna was Irving's second wife. He married Alice L. Spiller in 1896, and he married Anna E. about 1908. It appears from the given names that Curtis Dale Messamore was the son of Curtis Messamore, but I don't know where Curtis's wife was. |
