Edward Bray, John Henry Bray, and Richard Bray were brothers, sons of Henry Bray Sr. and Keziah Huff Jones. Three Bray brothers married three Shelton sisters. The presence of the marriage of John Henry Bray in this list suggests that the John Bray in the 1810 Madison County census was John Henry Bray, not my fourth great grandfather John Bray who was the son of Edward Bray and Sarah Maynard. |
