Robert Don (Don) Williamson was the son of Willie Ragin (Bill) Williamson and Elma Florine (Florine) Monger, and the grandson of my great grandparents John William Williamson and Mary Mahala Jane (Mahala) Bray. As such, Uncle Bill was the brother of my grandmother Lola Ethel Williamson. and Don was my mother's first cousin. Don was about 18 years old at the time of this city directory. Don was living with his parents at 1100 Morris Avenue.

Mary Mahala Jane (Mahala) Bray was the widow of John William Williamson. They were my great grandparents.
Willie Ragin (Bill) Williamson and Elma Florine (Florine) Monger were living at the long time family home at 1100 Morris Avenue. Uncle Bill had changed his name to William Raymond and that is how his name was listed in the city directory. Uncle Bill's mother was my great grandmother Mary Mahala Jane (Mahala) Bray. She had lived in the family home on Morris Avenue for many years, but she was living on Atlantic Avenue in the 1948-1949 city directory. Uncle Bill was the brother of my grandmother Lola Ethel Williamson.
