I cannot identify Isaac Peters nor the boy who was living with him. There is no record of a brother named Isaac Peters for Silas Peters from p.150. Silas's younger brother Elijah was probably in Missouri by 1840, but Elijah was born in 1826. Census ages are iffy at best, but it is marginal whether the boy living with Isaac could have been Elijah. |

They were married 21 Feb 1839 in Odessa, Lafayette County, Missouri. Nancy Jane Peters was born 15 Oct 1839 in Lafayette County, Missouri. |

Polly Peters born 16 Apr 1813 in Anderson County, Tennessee, was the daughter of Tobias Peters Sr. and Elizabeth Rachel Scarborough of Anderson County, Tennessee. James Madison Cobb, born 12 July 1814 in North Carolina son of James Morris Cobb. I have the third daughter Polly Ann Peters listed as having been born 1839, but she must have been born after 1840 because only two daughters are listed in the census. |
