This is a Tennessee family, and all the birth places should have been Tennessee.  The family was enumerated in the 1910 and 1930 censuses in Hamblen County, Tennessee.

Pauline McKinney age 11 married Omer Willie Jenkins on 13 Sep 1930 in Hamblen County, Tennessee.  It was Omer's second marriage, and his first wife was Lela Bray.  Lela was the daughter Robert Henry (Henry) Bray and Maude Elizabeth Hinds, and the granddaughter of my second great grandparents Joseph A. (Joe) Bray and Ferriba Salina (Salina) Moore.  As such, Uncle Henry was the brother of my great grandmother Mary Mahala Jane (Mahala or Haley) Bray, and Lela Bray was the first cousin of my grandmother Lola Ethel Williamson.

Pauline was the daughter of Pleasant McKinney age 42 and Hester Guinn age 34.
