Harold Eugene Huffman age 17 married Ada Louise Yadon on 14 Aug 1944 in Maryville, Blount County, Tennessee. Ada was the daughter of Bayard Earl Yadon and Ella Mae Peters, and the granddaughter of my great grandparents Alva Edward (Alvy) Peters and Sallie Jane Cole. As such, Aunt Ella was the sister of my grandfather Ernest Lester Peters Sr., and Ada was my mother's first cousin. |
Harold was the son of Arlo Ream (Ream) Huffman age 38 and Velma Mae Dull. Velma died 16 Feb 1931 in Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana. Irma Robison age 31 was Ream's second wife and was the mother of Ruth Ann. Velma was the mother of all the other children. |
