Ethel Whittenburg was Isaiah's second wife, with their marriage having taken place before 1796.

Nancy Henshaw was the daughter of Washington Henshaw and Charlotta Malick.  Josiah and Nancy were married 20 Dec 1827 in Greene County.

I believe that Mary was the widow of Johann Michael Misemer.  Johann Michael was the brother of my fourth great grandfather William/Wilhelm Messamore.  If I have the right Mary, then it's possible that the 50-59 year old man was Mary's son Jacob Messamore.

John Price Jr. and Susannah Garrett were my fourth great grandparents.  Frances (Franky) Price was my third great grandmother who later married my third great grandfather Riley Cox.  The Coxes were still in Wilkes County, North Carolina at the time of the 1830 census, and they arrived in Greene County before the 1840 census.

John Price Jr. was the son of my fifth great grandparents John Price Sr. and Mary Brown.

 20-29 1801-1810 1 1 Alexander (Sandy) Price, Milly McCurry

My best guess is that this was Alexander Price, son of my fifth great grandparents John Price Sr. and Mary Brown.  I'm not quite sure why Sandy should be a common nickname for Alexander, but it is.  Alexander Price married Milly McCurry on 4 Oct 1827 in Greene County, just barely in time to have had two daughters before the 1830 census.

This is a shot in the dark, but I include David Brown only because he was living next door to two Price families, and because Mary Brown was the wife of John Price Sr.  If David Brown was related to Mary Brown, he would have had to have been a younger brother or cousin, or possibly a nephew.

 20-29 1801-1810 0 1 Thursey Harmon
 30-39 1791-1800 1 Richardson Price

Richardson Price was the son of my fifth great grandparents John Price Sr. and Mary Brown.  As such, Richardson Price was the brother of my fourth great grandfather John Price Jr.

Thursy Harmon was the daughter of Isaac Harmon and Elizabeth Luster.

I wonder if I'm not missing something obvious in my analysis of the Price family.  My third great grandmother Frances (Franky) Price married my third great grandfather Riley Cox.  The evidence seems overwhelming that Frances was the daughter of John Price Jr.  Yet, Frances and Riley Cox had a daughter named Thursey Cox and they had a grandson named James Harmon Cox.  These names might suggest that Frances was the daughter of Richardson Price and Thursey Harmon rather than being the daughter of John Price Jr.

But I know the following: 1) John Price Jr. had a daughter named Frances who was the right age to have been my Frances Price, 2) John Price Jr. was the only Price in the 1830 census of Greene County who had any daughters listed at all who were the right age to have been my Frances Price, and 3) Richardson Price and Thursey Harmon were too young to have been the parents of Frances Price, and indeed they were married nine years after Frances Price was born.  So I conclude that Thursey Cox must have been named after her "aunt by marriage" Thursey Harmon, and that James Harmon Cox must have been named after his "grandaunt by marriage" Thursey Harmon.

John Price Sr. and Mary Brown were my fifth great grandparents.  I am not 100% sure which of the two women was Mary, but she should have been 67 years old in 1830.  I do not know who the other woman was.  Possibly she was a sister of either John or of Mary.

John Price Sr. was the son of my sixth great grandparents Thomas Price and Mary.

James Pierce and Anny Green were my third great grandparents.  It is not known who the parents were for either of them.  James and Anny were m. 1 Dec 1825 in Greene County, Tennessee.  My second great grandmother Nancy Ann Pierce was born in 1839, and thus first appeared on the 1840 census.
