Frances Luella (Fannie) Gaut age 37 was the daughter of John J. Gaut and Margaret Angeline (Angeline) Bryan.  Angeline Bryan was the daughter of my fourth great grandparents Thomas C. Bryan Sr. and Nancy Cate.  As such, Angeline was the sister of my third great grandfather Peter H. Bryan.

Fannie Gaut's husband was Richard Madison Ford age 44, son of Andrew J. Ford and Sarah H. (Sally) Rhoades.

Josephine A. (Josie) Wasson age 31 was the daughter of John A. Wasson and Cassandra Frances (Cassie) Damron.  John was the son of Benjamin T. (Ben) Wasson and Mary J. Bryan, and the grandson of William Bryan and Lucinda (Lucy) Cate.

William Bryan was the brother of my fourth great grandfather Thomas C. Bryan Sr.  Lucy Cate was the sister of my fourth great grandmother Nancy Cate.  Therefore, Mary J. Bryan was the double first cousin of my third great grandfather Peter H. Bryan.

Josie's husband was S. Paul Smith age 33.

Angeline married John J. Gaut age 69 on 15 Mar 1855.  John was the son of Joseph Gaut and Delilah Jones.

Angeline and John were living in the household of their son Joseph J. Gaut age 37 and his wife Pauline Peaton age 33.
