I believe that this was Thomas Slayden, son of my fifth great grandparents Daniel Slayden and Nancy Shelton.  If so, then Thomas was the brother of my fourth great grandfather William Slaydon.

Thomas married his first cousin Rachel Slayden.  Rachel was the daughter of Joseph Slayden and Mildred.

Thomas Slaton age 10-14 was my third great grandfather.

The second male age 30-39 was probably William's brother James Slayden.
