    Victory Lodge 446, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, was organized Oct. 16,
    1904 at Scarbrough community in Anderson County, located within the area
    which is now Oak Ridge.

    J. R. Cross, W. A. Cross, W. L. Hackworth, G. H. Holt, J. H. Holt, J. S.

    B. Lee, R. E. McClure, T. J. Pritchard, W. E. Pritchard, C. J. Scarbrough,
