On March 11, 1924, members of Victory Lodge 446 met to discuss consolidation
with Clinton Lodge 18. Consolidation took place May 6, 1924. D. A. Ward Jr.
was noble grand of Victory Lodge at that time, and B. H. Peters was noble
grand of Clinton Lodge. The consolidation of the two lodges made a very
strong organization, and much philanthropic and benevolent work has been
    accomplished during the ensuing years.
