Bray, Elmer C. - age 78, of 604 C Street, Lenoir City, passed away Thursday morning at Hill Crest Central Nursing Homes. Veteran of WWII serving in the Army. Preceded in death by wife, Ruth Petty Bray. Survivors: son, Eddie Bray, Lenoir City; sisters, Hazel Bray, Mildred Gragg, both of Knoxville, Edna Lee, Fayetteville; niece, Sherry Johnson, Knoxville; nephew, Kenneth Lee, Fayetteville.
