Gladys Grace McNabb, formerly of Chattanooga, died Saturday, July 16, 2005, in Rowlett, Texas. She was born Dec. 8, 1913, in Charleston, Tenn., to George William Bryan and Ethel Jane Lee Bryan. She and her husband, Troy, lived in Chattanooga for over 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Lea McNabb; parents; brothers, Paul Bryan, Frank Bryan and Robert Bryan; sisters, Ruth Baker and Jessie Lee Ramsey; and a grandson, Mark Lee McNabb. She was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church and was a founding member of the Grace Bible Class and a former president of that class. After their retirement, they spent their winters in Florida. After Troy's death, she spent most of her time in Rockwall, Texas, and the winters at her home in Tavares, Fla. She is survived by her sons, Jack Bryan McNabb Sr. and his wife, Ann, of Rockwall, and Donald William McNabb of San Francisco, Calif.; brother, Grover Cleveland Bryan of Orlando, Fla.; and four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren, all of Texas. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Circeo officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Camp Joy, c/o Highland Park Baptist Church, 1907 Bailey Ave., Chattanooga, TN 37404. Arrangements are by East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

Troy Lea McNabb, 1216 Nassau Circle, Tavares, died Monday, May 29. He was a retired electrician for the Chattanooga Power Board. He moved to Central Florida in 1976. Survivors: wife, Gladys Bryan McNabb; sons, Jack B., Dallas, Don, San Francisco; foster daughter, Lillian Pickett, Chattanooga, Tenn.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
