Charleston, S.C. - Donald William McNabb died Monday, Oct. 31. 2005, in Charleston after a lengthy illness. He was born in Athens, Tenn., Nov. 2, 1938, to Troy L. and Gladys B. McNabb. He graduated from Chattanooga High School in 1956 and the University of Chattanooga in 1960, he also served in the Tennessee National Guard and the U.S. Army as a captain in special forces. He is survived by a brother, Jack B. McNabb and his wife, Ann, of Rockwall, Texas; two nephews; two nieces; two great-nephews; and five great-nieces, all of Texas. Interment will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
