It was a suit for payment of a debt of $250, filed upon the death of Robert A. Peters.

2nd. I give and bequeath to my beloved husband, Joseph E. Fraley, on hundred ($100.00) dollars.
3rd. I give and bequeath to my son, Elmer Peters, my daughter, Nettie Peters Lane and my daughter Reecie Peters Jones, all real estate, all money, notes accounts, household goods of every description, real, personal or mixed, which I ma possess at my death. Said Elmer Peters, Nettie Peters Lane, and Reecie Peters Jones, to share equally in all property left under this will.
Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint Elmer Peters, my executor, who is to serve without bond.
In witness whereof, I do to this, my will and last testament, set my hand, this twenty-seventh day of August nineteen hundred and thirty-five. (August 27, 1935).

Fraley; one son, Elmer Peters; Daughters, Mrs. Guy Jones, of Knoxville, and Mrs. Lester Lane, Lenoir City; two sisters Mrs. Alva Peters, Edgemoor, and Mrs. Cordie Scarboro, of Scarboro, Tenn. Funeral services will be at the home tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be in Lynnhurst-Resthaven cemetery.

Knox County Quorum Court Minute Book v.18 p.334 Thursday 3 Sep 1936 the will of Mollie Peters Fraley was probated.

(Newspaper clipping) Mrs. Fraley Leaves $10,000 Mrs. Mollie Peters Fraley who died at her home, 2326 Highland Avenue, left an estate valued at approximately $10,000. The will, on file in County Court today, named as beneficiaries her son Elmer Peters, and two daughters, Nettie Peters Lane and Reecie Peters Jones.
