Wilborn/Welborn Harvey (Harve) Peters was the son of Henry Clark (Clark) Peters and Perlina Ann Shilling.  Harve's first wife was Mary Jane Todd who died in 1896.  Harve's third wife was Mahala E. Norred.  Ervin age 32 was Mary Jane's son, and Cassie age 18 was Mahala's daughter.

Perlina Ann Shilling was either 1/4 or 1/2 Cherokee, leading to the statement I have sometimes heard that "the Peters have Indian blood".  This particular line of Peters certainly did, but I do not believe that my Peters line did.

Clark Peters was the son of either Thomas Peters or of Thomas's brother Henry Peters Jr.  Both Thomas and Henry Jr.  were my fourth great grandfathers.  I am descended from three of their children through cousin marriages, namely John W. Peters, Zipporah Peters, and Jane Peters.

John W. was the son of Henry Jr., and Zipporah and Jane were daughters of Thomas.  Because Clark was the son of either Thomas or of Henry Jr., he was the brother of John W. and the first cousin of Zipporah and Jane, or vice versa.

Corbett England was the son of Robert Lakey England and Martha Jane (Jane) Jones.  I have not yet found the surname of Corbett's wife Maudy.

All other records I have found of Corbett's age and birthday suggest that he was born about 1894 and that he should have been 26 years old at the time of the 1920 census.  I believe I have transcribed the entry correctly, and that the age was an error in the original enumeration.

Robert Lakey England was the son of my third great grandparents John England and Jane Peters.  As such, Robert was the brother of my second great grandmother Vesta Clay (Vestie) England.  So Corbett England was Vestie's nephew, and he was the first cousin of my great grandmother Sallie Jane Cole.
