To Joseph England, son of Charles England - about 400 acres, lying in Montgomery County on the head of Indian Cr.
To "my son John England, his son" - a 50 pound bond upon John Taylor in Montgomery County.
To Isaiah Willis - a bay mare called Trim, which I had of John Dodd.
To Rhody Willis - a colt from the above mare.

At F Court of Sep, 1791, the will of Joseph England was produced in court by both executors, & proved by the oaths of the witnesses, and OR.

The names Joseph, John, and Charles England are listed in the Washington County, Tennessee tax list for 1778. Charles may have been a brother of Joseph. Ref.: Franklin County, Virginia Wills Book 1791, pp. 197-199; Washington County, Tennessee tax list for 1778; family records in possession of Jeannette Wasson Gray. Rhody Willis is believed to have been Joseph's daughter and Isaiah Willis is believed to have been Joseph's son-in-law. Hezekiah Sumner was the father of Rebecca Ann Sumner who married a Jacob England who was born about 1770. I don't know how Jacob England who born 1770 was related to Jacob Sumner who died in 1791.

Birth: between 1730 and 1740, [Portgugal]. Her birth date is estimated from her husband's birth date. I have also seen her birth date listed as about 1781, which seems extremely unlikely given her husband's birthdate. But any and all information I have on Charity is second and third hand and is not confirmed. (RGB)
